摘要
对磨合过程中缸套表面形貌的变化进行了观测,发现其为原始表面形貌逐渐被新表面形貌取代的过程,最终表面形貌由缸套的磨损和润滑条件决定;建立了模拟磨合过程中缸套表面形貌变化的计算机仿真模型。
The surface profiles of the cylinder
bore near TDC, BDC and the middle of stroke during running in have been recorded by a stylus
instrument. The experiment results show that the variation of the surface profile of cylinder bore
is a process in which the initial surface profile is gradually substituted by the newly generated
surface profile during running in. A computer simulation model is also established to study the
variation of the surface profile of the cylinder bore during running in. The results obtained with
the simulaton model conform well with the testing phenomena.
