摘要
本文通过对快凝Ni74Si10B16非晶合金不同温度与时间下真空热处理样的差热扫描量热分析与X射线衍射分析发现:热处理未改变试样的非晶性时,热处理前后试样的晶化温度保持不变;当非晶基体中析出初晶Ni颗粒时,热处理样的初始晶化温度下降;进一步析出Ni3B等晶化相时,热处理样的晶化温度反而上升。根据以前建立的高类金属含量Ni基非晶合金的晶化机制[1~2],本文对此给出了比较合理的解释。
Amorphous Ni74Si10B16 alloy prepared by rapidly solidified was measured by DSC and X-ray diffraction befroe and after heat treated,it was found that the crystallization temperature of specimens before and after heat treated kept constant while the amorphism of specimens were not changed by the heat treatment,otherwise,while fcc-Ni grains were separated out from amorphous alloy matrix by the heat treatment,the beginning crystallization temperature of the specimens after heat treated decreased,and while Ni3B and so on crystalline phases were further separated out,the crystallization temperature increased on the contrary.For all these experimental results,a rather reasonable explanation has been given on the basis of the crystallization mechanism of amorphous Ni-based alloys with high metalloid content established by authors .
