摘要
利用化学镀方法制备了非晶态Fe-Sn-B合金镀层。研究了镀液浓度对镀层沉积速率、成分、表面形貌、非晶态结构形成区域和耐蚀性的影响,得出了最佳镀液浓度及施镀条件。
The Fe-Sn-B amorphous alloy deposits were prepared by electroless plating.The influence of bath concentrations on deposition rate,composition,surface appearance,formation range of the amorphous structure and corrosion resistance for the deposits was studied.The optimum bath concentrations and deposited conditions had obtained.
