In accordance with the problem of the language and literature and aesthetic ability to developing the role of teachers,the article have its own opinion,it point out experience of language and literature is very important for education of language and literature. Teachers are devoted to education in the language aesthetic ability. Teachers training concepts of education and teaching methods of key is successful experiences of languages and language of experiences,is the core of the language of modern guarantee.
