摘要
SWOT分析法本在企业战略管理领域被广泛运用,高职学生党建引入此分析法进行四个要素的战略分析,探索党建创新的策略,旨在更好地发挥党组织的战斗堡垒作用和党员的先锋模范作用。
SWOT Analysis is widely used in the area of enterprise strategic management. This analysis is applied in the student＇s party construction in higher professional colleges to do strategic analysis of four factors in order to explore creative methods in the party construction,aiming at making the party organizations play a better role of battle fortress and the party members play a vanguard and exemplary role.
