以《论语》为代表的先秦儒家思想,是我国哲学、伦理、教育、管理等多种文化形态的重要源头之一。作为"人治"思想的重要体现,《论语》中以人为本、人性管理的思想基础,合理选拔、量才使用的用人方法,更值得我们结合当前高校的实际情况和社会发展需求进行思考、研究和借鉴。

The Analects as the representative of the Pre-Qin Confucianism,is one of the important sources of China＇s philosophy,ethics,education,management and other cultural forms. The thinking refer to ＂person＂ involve in The Analects is the essence of the Confucian theory. As an important manifestation of ＂rule of man＂ ,it is more worthy for us to study its people-oriented ideological foundation and the reasonable method of selecting personnel by connecting with actual situation of colleges and social development needs,and refers to the actual management.
