摘要
职业生涯理论与实践可以说是以帕森斯(Parsons)的职业指导开始的。帕森斯提出的是特质-因素说,之后是霍兰德(Holland)的类型论,再后来有舒伯(Super)的终身发展理论,还有克朗伯兹(Krumboltz)的社会学习理论和凯利(Kelly)的生涯建构理论。而最新也最风行的职涯理论是社会认知职业理论,简称SCCT理论。咨询方面,首先用量表或其他技术对生涯问题进行评估,然后再用相关的技术进行干预。
This thesis divides into three parts.In introduction,it explains meaning of career.In the first part of the text,it sums up the development process of the career planning in the theory and practice.In the second part,it is about consulting and it divides into two steps:first step is assessing career problems with scales or other technique,next step is intervening with related technique.
