高校图书馆的导读工作是图书馆工作中不可缺少的一部分。随着网络技术在图书馆工作中的普及应用,导读工作面临新的挑战。本文结合导读工作在图书馆工作中的重要地位及导读工作存在的不足,以推荐图书借阅排行榜为引,从建立信息资源导航系统、利用网络图书信息、发挥专家的作用、研究把握读者的阅读特点、发挥特藏图书的价值等几个方面来论述创新导读服务模式。

Navigation work is an indispensible part in college＇s library. With the popularity of network technology in library＇s daily work,navigation work is confronted with new challenges. Combining the crucial status of navigation work and its own drawbacks,the paper introduces recommendation boos ranking lists,and elaborates on a service mode of navigation from the following perspectives：building up information and resource navigation system,utilizing online book information,bringing experts＇ potential into full play,researching on readers＇ reading characteristics,and exhibiting the value of special books＇ collections,etc.
