The Necessity of Providing Teaching-Career Planning Education for Students in Teacher Colleges and Recommendations

师范生教育期即教师职前培训期,作为教师职业生涯不可或缺的重要组成部分,如何依据教师教育特点,促其尽早规划职业生涯显得十分重要。本文首先指出目前师范生教育存在的问题,进而分别从师范生、师范类院校和社会环境等三个方面阐述了对师范生进行教师职业生涯规划教育的必要性。最后,本文还提出了对师范生进行教师职业生涯规划教育的一些建议。

Teacher Pre-post training period is necessary part of teaching career. According to the special characteristics of teacher education,it is important to schedule the career earlier. This paper point out the problem existed in contemporary normal student education and analyzes the necessity of education of scheduling the teacher career in three dimensions：students,normal university or college and social environment. At last,this paper give some suggestions on education of scheduling the teacher career.
