摘要 本文介绍了油炸食品中的有害成分,提醒消费者降低食物中致癌物丙烯酰胺的摄入量,以减少对身体的危害;并针对油炸食品提出了一些建议和对策,提倡合理膳食,确保我们的身体健康。 The harmful compositions in fried food were explained in this review to warn the consumers of their health. The acrylamide intake should be reduced from food, which might caused some cancers. Some advjces and countermeasures for the eating and processing of fried food were given and the reasonable meals were advocated to ensure our health.
