摘要 利用计算流体力学软件Fluent对两种入口结构型式旋流管内速度场进行了数值计算。分析了轴流式旋流管和切流式旋流管由于入口结构不同而引起流场的差异,特别强调了入口结构的不对称导致了切流式旋流管内部流场的偏心现象。通过流场对比分析进一步理解了轴流式旋流管分离效率高、能耗低、操作弹性大的主要原因。 Based on FLUENT software,numerical simulation of two types hydrocyclone with different inlet were performed.And the difference of velocity field between two types hydrocyclone which caused by different inlet was analyzed.For hydrocyclone with tangential inlet,The eccentricity of the flow field caused by unsymmetrical inlet was particularly emphasized.Based on the comparison of internal flow field,the main reason of the higher efficiency and lower energy consume and wider operating scope for the hydrocyclone with axial vane-guided inlet were further understand.
