Production Planning Integrated Research Based on MES and ERP in Automotive Industry

ERP系统基本出发点是订单管理、销售预测和物料需求计划等关联问题，能够很好地解决生产计划问题，MES一般按车间层和单元层分级制定作业计划。本文通过对MES和ERP集成研究，使MES系统的生产计划更合理，使ERP系统的数据更及时有效，工作效率更高。

The basic start point of ERP is order management, sales forecasting and material requirements planning, which can solve the problem of production planning excellently. MES makes the planning by grading the level between shop floor and cell floor. The article studies MFS and ERP to make MES production planning more reasonable and ERP data more effective.
