医学生大学英语学习中的师生心理契约关系

Exploration of Psychological Contract Relationship on Medical Students' College English Study

教师与学生的关系是一种特殊的人际关系,良好的师生关系是教学获得成功的重要保证,一切成功的教育都有赖于和谐的师生关系。通过对180名医学生的问卷调查和访谈,分析了师生心理契约关系对医学生大学英语学习的影响及心理契约关系的建立途径,以期提高教师的英语教学水平。

The relationship between teacher and student is a special interpersonal relationship,which is guarantee for successful educa-tion.Based on written questionnaires done on the 180 medical students in Mu Danjiang Medical College and implications taken from the in-vestigation,the paper discusses the effects of psychological contract relationship between the teacher and medical students on the college Eng-lish study,then puts forward the corresponding measures to improve the teacher’s teaching quality.
