利用SPSS forWindows 16.0软件中与质量管理有关的功能模块:描述性统计、统计过程控制图、实验设计、方差分析和回归分析、抽样检验,对啤酒麦汁的苦味质进行质量分析,以演示在生产实践中如何应用SPSS软件进行质量管理和分析。
In order to demonstrate how to use SPSS to deal with quality analysis and control in practical production, the quality analysis of bitter compositions of beer malt was performed by use of the functional modules in SPSS for Windows 16.0 in related to quality-control including descriptive statistics, statistic process chart, design of experiment, analysis of variances, regression analysis, and sample test.
