The approaches to improve the interior management of highland barley liquor were introduced from the aspects including raw materials control, production techniques practice, water quality, the size and the materials of liquor-storing tank, product detection equipment, and enterprise management etc. Those approaches were of great significance in improving the quality of highland barley liquor.
