摘要
文章对发表在《铸造设备研究》2007年第3期上"抛丸机中抛丸器的优化设计"一文中的叶轮叶片形状分析做了补充,并说明倾斜叶片具有使用寿命长,抛出速度大,耗能低,使用稳定的优点;提出了定向套窗口设计方法,证明了传统定向套窗口宽度定为54°的理由;并对分丸轮设计的分析失误进行了更正。
This paper made additional analysis to the shape of the impeller blade mentioned in the paper "The optimal design of impeller head in shot blasting machine"published in the periodical of Foundry Equipment Research (Issue:NO.3,2001) ,The leaned blade has advantages of long using life, high shooting speed, lower energy consumption and stability in use. The design method of the window in the control cage was put forward. The rational window width of control cage is proved 54°. The failure analysis in the design was corrected.
