This paper introduces the trial monitoring to the internet of things system applied in foundry equipment. The doublematter shakeout machine, self-hardening sand mixer and heavy jolt table were made trial real time monitoring and adjustment. The internet of things system applied in foundry equipment has feasibility and necessity to improve production management standards.
