摘要
玉柴公司铸造厂机体车间造型线多年来常因开关电源故障造成停机,影响生产的进程。自2004年以来,使用DC二线电感式接近开关替代DC三线电感式接近开关,开关电源故障几乎为零。DC二线电感式接近开关在机体造型线的应用,得到了显著的效果。
The molding line in Foundry workshop of Yuchai Company often close down due to the switch power failure, affecting the production. Since 2004, by replacing DC three-wire inductive proximity switches with the two wires DC inductive proximity switches the power failure was reduced to zeros. More remarkable effect can be obtained in molding line.
