体重指数预测孕期增重的临床价值分析

The clinical value of the maternal BMI in predicting weight gain during pregnancy

目的:分析孕前体重指数(BMI)预测孕期增重的临床价值。方法:收集2006年1月至2006年12月在复旦大学附属金山医院进行正规产前检查并分娩的孕妇518例,分析其身高、孕前体重及BMI与孕期增重的相关性。结果:在控制及不控制身高因素的影响下,孕前体重与孕期增重均具有显著负相关性。在不控制孕前体重因素的影响下,身高与孕期增重无相关性;控制孕前体重因素的影响后,身高与孕期增重有显著相关性。在不控制身高及孕前体重因素的影响下,BMI与孕期增重存在显著相关性;而控制身高及孕前体重因素的影响后,BMI与孕期增重的相关性不存在。结论:身高和孕前体重是孕期增重的主要影响因素,孕前BMI与孕期增重无相关性,故用BMI预测孕期增重的临床价值是有限的。

Objective：To analyze the clinical value of the maternal BMI in predicting weight gain during pregnancy.Methods：518 pregnant women with normal prenatal check-up who examined and labored in Jinshan Hospital of Fudan University between Jan.2006 and Dec.2006 were collected.Analyzing the correlation among the height,weight and weight gain during pregnancy.Results：The correlation existed between maternal height and weight gain with controlling weight parameter（P〈0.01）.The correlation existed between maternal weight and weight gain with controlling height parameter（P〈0.01）.But the correlation did not exist between maternal BMI and weight gain with controlling parameters such weight and height（P=0.234）.Conclusion：Height and body weight are important determinants of the weight gain during pregnancy.The correlation between maternal BMI and weight gain does not exist.So the clinical value of the maternal BMI in predicting weight gain during pregnancy is definite.
