22省(市)女性更年期综合征现状调查和影响因素分析

A survey of the current status of female climacteric syndrome in 22 provinces(municipalities) and the analyses of its associated factors

目的：了解女性更年期综合征发生状况。方法：在全国22省（市）分层抽样调查2 400名45-55岁妇女,采用改良更年期Kuppeman评分量表进行评估。结果：女性更年期综合征患病率92.10%,农村妇女、患有慢性病、工作压力大、离婚、丧偶、邻里关系差、睡眠差的女性更年期症状评分较高,差异有统计学意义,P〈0.05或P〈0.01。结论：女性更年期综合征的发生与躯体、心理和社会多种因素有关。

Objective：To understand the prevalence of female climacteric syndrome.Methods：By stratified sampling,we investigated 2 400 women aged 45 to 55 from 22 provinces（municipalities） across the country,and adopted modified Kuppeman menopause rating scale for evaluation.Results：The incidence of female climacteric syndrome reached up to 92.10%.Rural women,divorced or widows and those suffering from chronic diseases,work pressure,poor neighborliness,poor sleep scored higher.There were statistical significance differences（P〈0.05 or P〈0.01）.Conclusion：The occurrence of female climacteric syndrome is related to physical,psychological social and many other factors.
