硝呋太尔制霉素阴道软胶囊治疗外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病的临床疗效观察

Clinical observation of Nifuratel Nysfungin Vaginal Soft Capsules in treatment of vulvovaginal candidiasis

目的:探讨硝呋太尔制霉素阴道软胶囊治疗外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病(VVC)的临床疗效。方法:选取患有外阴阴道假丝酵母菌患者为观察对象,初发患者76例为A组,复发性外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病(RVVC)60例为B组,合并支原体或/和衣原体感染的外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病76例为C组,每组患者随机分为观察组和对照组。观察组应用硝呋太尔制霉素阴道软胶囊1粒(每粒含硝呋太尔500 mg+制霉素200 000 IU),对照组应用制霉菌素栓1粒(每粒含制霉素200 000 IU),分别于每晚睡前置入阴道深部。A组患者连用6天;B组患者初治用药12天,以后每月用药6天,连用6个月;C组患者用药12天。结果:A组患者观察组与对照组的有效率分别为92.1%、86.84%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);B组患者观察组与对照组的有效率分别为86.67%、66.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);C组患者观察组与对照组的有效率分别为89.47%、71.05%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:硝呋太尔制霉素阴道软胶囊治疗外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病效果可靠,尤其对RVVC以及合并其衣原体或/和支原体感染者的疗效具有明显优势。

Objective：To study the clinical effect of Nifuratel Nysfungin Vaginal Soft Capsules in treatment of vulvovaginal candidiasis（VVC）.Methods：The women with vulvovaginal candidiasis were selected to treat.The group A studied on 76 patients of the initial VVC,the group B studied on 60 patients of the recurrent VVC,the group C studied on 76 patients of the VVC with mycoplasma and（or） chlamydia.Each group was shared out the treatment group and the control group.The treatment group was treated with Nifuratel Nysfungin Vaginal Soft Capsules（concluding Nifruatel 500mg and Nysfungin 200 000IU） to insert deep part of vagina.The control group was treated with Nystatin（200 000IU）to insert deep part of vagina.The group A was treated for 6 days,the group B was treated for 12days the first time and the linked 6 months,for 6days every month,the group C was treated for 12days.Results：With regard to the group A,the effective rate for the treatment group and the control group was 92.1%,86.84% respectively.No difference existed between 2 groups（P〈0.05）.With regard to the group B,the effective rate was 86.67%,66.67% respectively,a significant difference existed between 2 groups（P〈0.05）.With regard to the group C,the effective rate was 89.47%,71.05% respectively,a significant difference existed between 2 groups（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Nifuratel Nysfungin Vaginal Soft Capsules is effective in the treatment of vulvovaginal candidiasis,especially on RVVC with mycoplasma and（or） chlamydia.
