丙泊酚闭环输注系统在妇科腹腔镜手术中的应用 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨丙泊酚闭环输注系统(closed-loop anaesthesia system,CLAN)复合舒芬太尼应用于妇科腹腔镜手术的可行性。方法:ASAⅠ-Ⅱ级妇科腹腔镜手术患者66例,分为CLAN组和传统靶控输注(target-controlled infusion,TCI)TCI组,每组33例,CLAN组以脑电双频指数(bispectral index,BIS)作为控制变量设定在70,丙泊酚的血浆靶控浓度均设定为2mg/L,TCI组整个手术期丙泊酚浓度维持不变。记录并比较两组BIS值、平均动脉压(MAP)和心率(HR)、丙泊酚的总量及单位剂量。结果:两组患者的一般情况比较差异无统计学意义(P(0.05);MAP有差别,CLAN组血压的波动小于TCI组(P(0.05);CLAN组BIS指数明显低于TCI组;丙泊酚总剂量及单位化标准剂量,CLAN组均显著低于TCI组。结论:将BIS作为反馈控制变量,丙泊酚CLAN输注系统应用于妇科腹腔镜手术的麻醉是可行的。
