摘要
用ZrOCl.28H2O和AlCI3.6H2O为原料,氨水NH.3H2O做沉淀剂,采用共沉淀法分别制备了不同摩尔比的ZrO2-Al2O3复合粉体。通过控制ZrO2、Al2O3的相对含量,加入适当的分散剂,调节pH值,调节沉淀剂的加入量和加入顺序等,制备出Al(OH)3与Zr(OH)4胶体沉淀,然后通过煅烧获得ZrO2、Al2O3微米甚至纳米级细粉,采用压制成型工艺,高温烧成,制备出板状刚玉斜锆石共晶体细结晶陶瓷。
ZrO2/Al2O3 composite powders with different molar ratios were prepared by co-precipitation method using ZrOCl2. 8H2O and AlCl3.6H2O as raw materials and ammonia as precipitator. The AI (OH)3 and Zr (OH)4 colloidal precipitates were produced by controlling the relative content of ZrO2 and Al2O3, adding proper dispersants, adjusting the pH value, controlling the amount and the adding order of the precipitators. Then the colloidal precipitates were calcined to get ZrO2 and Al2O3 micrometer and nanometer powders. After pressing and high temperature sintering of these powders, high temperature structural ceramic with baddeleyite and corundum eutectoid fine crystallization was obtained.
