摘要
研究了庆大霉素发酵液的超滤过程.截留分子量30 000、压强0.2 MPa、室温和酸性条件下超滤膜可去除97.85%蛋白质、60.89%COD和99.95%菌体.发酵液稀释0.1倍,可提高79.61%的超滤处理量.通过清洗后水通量可恢复94.93%.超滤可延长阴离子树脂的使用寿命,降低活性炭、阳离子树脂的消耗,节约工业用水.
The ultrafiltrate process of gentamicin fermentation broth was introduced.The ultrafiltrate condition was:Polysulfone(PS) membrane of 30 000 molecular weight cut of(MWCO),operating pressure 0.2 MPa,customary temperature and pH,97.85 % proteins,60.89 % COD and 99.95 % thalli were wiped off.The fractional yield of membrane was increased of 79.61 % when the fermentation broth was dilute with 0.1 times volume of water.The recovery of membrane water flux could reach up to 94.93 % after cleaning.Ultrafiltrate process could prolong longevity of cation resin,reduce dosages of active carbon and anionic resin,and economize water in industry.
