Constitutional Perspective of the Democracy within the Party

党内民主具有丰富的内涵,从宪政视角来看,就是在宪法法律框架内,全体党员都有权按照民主的程序和形式,平等地直接或间接地决定党内一切重大事务。将党内民主纳入宪政视野,对于巩固执政党的地位、建设法治国家都具有十分重要的意义,因此在宪政视域下加强党内民主建设,就要坚持和改善党的领导制度、保障党员主体地位和民主权利并进一步健全和完善党内民主的制度体系。

The democracy within the party has the rich connotation. From a consititutional perspective, that is, within the framework of constitutional law, all party members are entitled in accordance with democratic procedures and forms, equally to, directly or indirectly, to decide major matters within the party. The inner-party democracy into the constitutional perspective, the consolidation of incumbent party＇ s status, the construction country under the rule of law are of great significance. Therefore, the constitutional perspective strengthen the democratic construction , we must uphold and improve the party＇ s leadership system, to protect the democratic rights of party members and the principal position and to further improve and perfect the system of inner-party democratic system.
