摘要
针对红外雨量传感器控制系统中的雨刮器电机起动电流过大的问题,提出了采用占空比可变的PWM波来限制雨刮器电机起动电流的方法,并设计了具有软起动功能的雨刮器电机控制器.文中首先使用Matlab/Simulink软件进行系统仿真,仿真结果证明了该方法的可行性.实验结果表明该方法可将电机的起动冲击电流降低50%以下,有效的解决了雨刮器电机由于频繁起动导致的过热问题,减少了电机起动过程中的铜损,延长了电机的使用寿命.该方法电路结构简单,经济实用.
This paper presents a method by PWM that changes duty cycle about soft-start of motor aimed at the problem that wiper blades motor causes the strong impact of current when it is started.This paper designs a wiper motor controller with soft-start function.In this paper,the simulation is done with Matlab/Simulink simulation and get a preferable results.After that,experiments show that the method can reduced the impact of the electrical current to 50 percent below the original current.The method can efficiently restrain the starting current of motor because of frequent starting,reduce the copper losses in the process of motor starting,and extend the life of the motor.What's more,the circuit diagram is simple,economical and practical.
