荧光染料罗丹明衍生物的改进合成与光谱性质研究

Improved Synthesis of Fluorescent Rhodamine Derivatives and Study of the Spectra Properties

在改进的实验条件下,通过引入不同的官能团对罗丹明的底环结构进行修饰,合成了4种罗丹明衍生物;与传统的合成方法相比,该实验方法反应时间短,反应产率高,反应温度低.并研究了取代基种类和溶剂极性对吸光性能、荧光性能的影响规律.

Upon improved conditions,four Rhodamine derivatives were synthesized by modifying their bottom rings upon introducing different functional groups.Compared to the traditional synthesis methods,this route shortened the reaction time,lowered the reaction temperature and raised the reaction yield.The effects of different substituents and solvents on their absorption spectra and emission spectra were explored.
