摘要
对南京市1993年至2008年产业结构和就业结构关系的实证分析表明,南京市产业结构和就业结构日趋协调,但产业结构总体就业效益水平不高.同时提出了关于促进南京市产业结构和就业结构协调发展的相关建议.
Through the analysis of the relationship of industrial structure and employment structure in Nanjing from 1993 to 2008,it concludes that the industrial structure and the employment structure are on the coordinated development way. However,the upgrading of the industrial structure has not optimized the employment structure. This paper also suggests some policies to harmonize the development of industrial structure and employment structure in Nanjing.
