主要目的是通过对移动预付费国际漫游的语音业务实现技术方面的研究,为未来相关业务开展和网络建设提供借鉴,从而推动国际移动漫游业务的发展,增加运营商国际业务收入。
By studying mobile prepaid subscriber international roaming voice service implementation technology,it gives references for the development of future service and network construction,to develop international mobile roaming service and increase operators＇ international service income.
