摘要
结合电信运营商网络现状,提出并比较了2种国际漫游短信业务预付费支撑方案,这对于解决预付费用户在国际漫游情况下发送短信的差异化计费问题,向预付费用户开放国际漫游短信业务具有一定的指导性。
In combination with telecom operators＇ network state,it presents 2 international roaming SMS prepaid supporting solutions and compares them. The above can solve differentiated charging on international roaming SMS and gives reference on opening international roaming SMS to prepaid users.
