摘要
本文主要介绍了航空发动机用轻型弹簧垫圈在使用过程中发生的断裂故障,分析了弹簧垫圈断裂的原因和断裂故障对发动机的潜在影响,提出了对弹簧垫圈的改进方案和建议措施。
This thesis mainly introduce the rupture failure of the light spring washer that occures in the working process that used on aircraft engine,analyzes the reason of the rupture and the potential impact to the engine resulting from the rupture,brings forward the improving project of the spring washer and at last advise to select stainless steel spring washer.
