摘要
根据盖板塑件的结构形状、尺寸、及生产量,设计了四型腔、单分型面、斜导柱侧抽芯注塑模具成型。阐述了模具设计的基本步骤和内容,应用Pro/E 4.0软件的模具设计功能,创建模具主要元件的过程和操作要领。在"制造/模具型腔"的模式下创建出型腔、型芯元件后保存模具,再打开自动保存的"组件"模式下的模具模型,创建和修改模具元件,可使模具设计过程更为方便、快捷,提高设计模具的工作效率。
This article described the design of injection mold of four-cavity,single-parting surface,bevel column side core pulling according to the shape,size and production of plastic cover and descibed the design steps and content of the mold,the design function of mold that applies the software Pro/E 4.0,the procedure and operating essentials that create the main components of mold.Maintaining mold after creating cavity,core components in the mode of manufacturing/mold cavity,then unfold the mold modle in the mode of auto-save components to create and amend mold components,which can make the mold design procedure more convenient and improve the work efficiency of the mold design.
