摘要
目的建立香菇调脂胶囊中香菇总多糖的含量测定方法。方法采用紫外分光光度法,以葡聚糖(相对分子质量5×105)为对照品,在波长485nm处对香菇调脂胶囊中香菇总多糖进行含量测定。结果线性范围:0.02~0.10mg·mL-1(r=0.9996);平均加样回收率为99.0%,RSD为1.13%(n=6)。结论该方法稳定、快速、灵敏度高,可作为香菇调脂胶囊的质量控制指标。
Objective To establish the method for detection of polysaccharide in Lentinus edodes blood-fat regulation capsule by UV-spectrophotometry. Methods The polysaccharide in Lentinus edodes blood-fat regulation capsule was tested at the wavelength of 485 nm with UV-spectrophotometry by using dextran(relative MW 5×105) as standard substance. Results The good liner relationship between 0.02-0.10 mg·mL-1 (r=0.999 6) was obtained; the average recovery was 99.0% with corresponding RSD of 1.13% (n=6). Conclusion This method is stable,rapid and high sensitivity which can be applied for polysaccharide detecting in Lentinus edodes blood-fat regulation capsule.
