摘要
目的考察武当山地区5种土大黄根的蒽醌类成分含量,以评价其质量。方法采用高效液相色谱法对5种不同品种的土大黄根中的大黄素、大黄酚、大黄素甲醚含量进行比较。色谱条件:Diamonsil C18柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm);检测波长254nm;柱温25℃;流动相甲醇-0.1%磷酸溶液(85:15);流速1.0mL.min-1。结果 5种土大黄中3种蒽醌类成分的含量范围分别为大黄素0.99%~3.24%、大黄酚0.06%~0.26%、大黄素甲醚0.05%~0.13%。结论武当山地区土大黄类中药来源分别为酸模(Rumexacetosa L.)、羊蹄(R.japonicus Houtt.)、齿果酸模(R.dentatus L.)、尼泊尔酸模(R.nepalensis Spreng)以及巴天酸模(R.patientia L.)的根。酸模中大黄素含量>3%,可为制定土大黄质量标准提供参考。
Objective To investigate the contents of anthraquinones in five kinds of wudangshan Nepal dock root,and to evaluate its quality. Methods HPLC method was applied to compare the contents of rhein,chrysophanol and rheochrysidin in five species of wudangshan Nepal dock root. Chromatographic conditions were as follows:Diamonsil C18 column(250 mm×4.6 mm ,5 μm )was used; the wavelength at 254 nm; the column temperature at 25 ℃; the mobile phase was methanol-0.1% phosphoric acid(85:15); the flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1. Results The content of emodin,chrysophanol,physcione ranged from 0.99%-3.24%,0.06%-0.26%,0.05%-0.13% in five species of wudangshan Nepal dock root. Conclusion The sources of wudangshan Nepal dock root are roots of Rumex acetosa L.,R.japonicus Houtt.,R. dentatus L.,nepalensis Spreng and R.patientia L. While the content of emodin in the Rumex acetosa L. is up to 3%,which can be a reference for formulating the quality standard of Wudangshan Nepal dock.
