基于硫酸锌/硫酸铝体系的铁丝连续光亮镀锌

摘要 比较了2种铁丝硫酸锌镀锌体系──硼酸体系和硫酸铝体系。介绍了一种环保、低成本的工艺,其镀液组成及操作条件如下:七水合硫酸锌350~450g/L,十八水合硫酸铝30~40g/L,光亮剂4~6mL/L,pH3.0~3.5,波美度26~32°Bé,允许温度为室温至40°C。给出了电流、镀液浓度及镀层光亮度的控制要点。对于铁丝镀锌如何实现清洁生产,提出了建议。 Two systems for zinc electroplating on iron wire, namely boric acid and aluminum sulfate systems, were compared. An environmentally-friendly and low-cost process was introduced. The bath composition and operation conditions are as follows: ZnSO4·7H2O 350-450 g/L, Al2(SO4)3· 18H2O 30-40 g/L, brightening agent 4-6 ml/L, pH 3.0-3.5, specific gravity 26-32 °Be, and allowable temperature from room temperature to 40 ℃. The key points for controlling current, bath concentration and deposit brightness were given. Some suggestions were presented for cleaner production of zinc electroplating on iron wire.
