摘要
室温下用正交试验法确定了2A12铝合金直流脉冲硬质阳极氧化电解液的最优配方:硫酸280g/L,草酸30g/L,酒石酸50g/L,三乙醇胺50mL/L,硫酸铝7g/L。研究发现,硫酸对膜层显微硬度影响较大,草酸、酒石酸、三乙醇胺、硫酸铝的影响较小。
The optimal formula for pulse hard anodic oxidation of 2A12 aluminum alloy was determined by orthogonal test at room temperature as follows: sulfuric acid 280 g/L, oxalic acid 30 g/L, tartaric acid 50 g/L, triethanolamine 50 mL/L and aluminum sulfate 7 g/L. The results showed that the sulfuric acid has greater effect on the microhardness of oxidation film than oxalic acid, tartaric acid, triethanolamine and aluminum sulfate.
