摘要
目的探讨提高外环境标本中致病性大肠菌分离培养阳性率的方法。方法采用特异吸附浓集法,以致病性大肠菌(EPEC)作为实验代表株进行了研究。结果OK多价抗血清致敏血球对标本中相对应的EPEC的吸附率为915%,二次洗涤对被检菌的丢失率为101%,杂菌的去除率为727%,方法的最低检出限比值为1/64,比常规法高8倍。结论特异吸附浓集法很适合外环境标本的检索。
Objective To probe the method of increasing the positive
isolation rate of EPEC in the environmental samples. Methods The specific absorption
concentration method was used to study the EPEC. Results The absorption rate of OK
polyvalent anti-serum sensitized blood cells to the relative EPEC in the sample was 91.5%. The
losing rate of the tested bacteria after 2 times of washing was 10.1%. The removing rate of the
mixed bacteria was 72.7%. The lowest detecting rate of this method was 1/64 which was 8 times
higher than that of the routine method. Conclusion The specific absorption concentration
method was suitable for the surveillance of the environmental samples. [
