摘要
以正硅酸乙酯和氯化铬为原料,采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了包裹型铬绿粉彩颜料,探讨了不同铬硅摩尔比(Cr/Si)、煅烧合成温度、以及色料添加量等因素对制品呈色的影响。结果表明,在Cr/Si摩尔比为0.15,煅烧合成温度为850℃时获得呈现鲜艳翠绿色的包裹铬绿色料。且其合成粉彩颜料与无铅熔剂的最佳质量比为1∶6.7。XRD及TEM结果亦表明,包裹铬绿色料的晶相为Cr2O3S,iO2呈无定形态。
TEOS and CrCl3.6H2O were used as raw materials to prepare inclusion chrome green famille rose pigments by sol-gel method.The effects of different molar ratios of Cr and Si,calcination temperature and addition of stains on the color generation were investigated.The results show that inclusion chrome green pigments with bright green color are obtained when Cr/Si molar ratio is 0.15 and calcination temperature is 850℃.The op-timized weight ratio of chrome green stains to lead free frits is 1:6.7.XRD and TEM testing results reveal that the crystalline phase of the as-prepared pigments is Cr2O3,and SiO2 is amorphous.
