低成本TiO_2结晶釉的研制

STUDY ON LOW-COST TiO_2 CRYSTAL GLAZE

介绍了一种以成本低廉的玻璃粉为主要熔剂,成分简单的TiO2结晶釉的研制方法,并给出晶花饱满的结晶釉配方为:玻璃粉:71.8%,长石:9.6%,TiO2:18.7%,同时还探讨了影响结晶釉质量的产生因素。

In this paper,a low-cost TiO2 crystal glaze was prepared with low-cost glass powder and feldspar,with added TiO2 as nucleation agent.The results show that the glaze surface has good glossiness and homoge-neous crystal when the amount of glass powder is 71.8%,the amount of feldspar is 9.6 %,and the amount of TiO2 is 18.7%.Besides,the effect of the preparation process on the glazing quality was also discussed.
