摘要
利用Visual Basic 6.0设计面向对象的铁路客车空调数值仿真平台.该平台通过调用基于Fluent二次开发的解释性脚本语言——Journal语言,进行参数化建模、自动数值计算;利用欧洲铁路联盟(UIC553)标准对直观显示车厢内的气流组织状况的后处理结果进行评估;对标准测点的计算温度数据与实验温度数据进行对比.基于该平台,那些不太熟悉CFD软件的工程师们就可以快速进行空调通风系统的数值仿真计算,从而提高方案对比效率.一个具有代表性的工程实例的应用证明了该平台的有效性与实用性.
Software Visual Basic 6.0 is used to design object-oriented numerical simulation platform for airconditioning in railway passenger car. The scripting journal language based on the secondary development of Fluent is transferred by the platform for parameterized modeling and automatic numerical calculation. Post-processing results shown the airflow status inside the compartment intuitively is evaluated under the UIC553 standard. The calculated and experimental temperatures at standard measuring points are compared. The platform is designed to aid engineers who are not familiar with the CFD software to complete numerical simulated calculation better and improve working efficiency in comparing among all new designs. Finally, an engineering demo in the real world is given to check its affectivity and practical value in this platform.
