摘要
本文提出了测量4mm点群压电晶体全部电弹常数的新方案,并以此方案具体测定了四硼酸锂(Li_2B_4O_7)压电晶体的所有电弹常数。该方案的突出特点是,被测样品仅用三种切型的晶片。
A new approach to detemine all the dielectric, piezoelectric and elastic constants of the crystals in class(4mm)has been put forwprd. All the constants of Li2B4O7 crystal have been measured by this approach, which only 3 simple specimens, namely (YZL)45°
,(ZYL)45° and 0° Z plates, have been adopted.
