非化学改性改善淀粉基材料物理性能的应用研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 介绍了淀粉基材料存在老化变脆以及耐水性能差等缺点,总结出了非化学改性相对于化学改性方法的绿色、环保、安全等优点。从增塑剂体系的选择、疏水性添加剂的应用以及直链淀粉含量对材料性能的影响3个方面,总结了近年来国内外通过非化学改性方法改善淀粉基生物降解材料物理性能的最新研究进展。 The authors introduced the shortcoming of starch-based material,such as ageing,brittleness and poor water resistance,etc.,and summarized the green,environmental-friendly and safe advantages of non-chemical modification compared with chemical modification.From the choice of plasticizer system,incorporation of the hydrophobic additives and influence of different content of amylose on properties of material,the authors summarized the latest progress in research on improving the physical properties of starch-based biodegradable material by means of non-chemical modification at home and abroad in the recent years.
