摘要
用双螺杆熔融挤出共混技术制备了聚L-乳酸(PLLA)/醋酸淀粉(SA)共混材料,研究了柠檬酸三乙酯(TEC)、钛酸四丁酯[Ti(OBu)4]和SA对PLLA/SA的力学性能和熔体流动速率(MFR)的影响。结果表明,适量的Ti(OBu)4和TEC能够有效地改善共混体系PLLA/SA的力学性能和熔体流动性。
The blend of poly L-lactic acid(PLLA)/ starch acetate(SA) containing triethyl citrate(TEC) and tetrabutyl titanate [Ti(OBu)4] was prepared by blend technique of twin-screw melt extrusion.The effects of TEC,Ti(OBu)4 and SA on the mechanical properties and melt flowing rate(MFR) of PLLA/SA were investigated.The results show that appropriate quantity of Ti(OBu)4 and TEC can effectively improve the mechanical properties and the melt flowability of the blend system PLLA/SA respectively.
