摘要
建立了高效液相色谱和荧光检测器测定食品罐内NOGE的检测方法。采用乙腈对未进行包装食品的7种不同食品罐进行NOGE提取和检测,发现其中只有2种食品罐被检出含有NOGE,而且含量非常低。将7种食品罐中分别装上4种食品模拟液(水、3%乙酸、10%乙醇、橄榄油),在常温下储存3个月后,每种食品模拟液的7个食品罐中,都有多个被检测到含有NOGE。
A method was developed for detecting NOGE by high-performance liquid chromatography and fluorescence detector,NOGE extraction and detection were performed with acetonitrile to seven kinds of empty food cans,it was found that only two kinds of them contained NOGE through detection,and the content was very low.Seven kinds of food cans respectively filled with four kinds of simulated liquid of food(water,3% acetic acid,10% ethanol,olive oil) were stored at room temperature for three months,and seven food cans with each kind of simulated liquid of food were all found to contain NOGE through detection.
