镭射纸VOC超标影响因素分析与控制

Analysis and Control of Influencing Factors on Excessive Volatile Organic Compounds of Holographic Paper

在介绍顶空-气相色谱法检验流程基础上,分析镭射纸生产工艺中原材料、烘干温度、烘干时间、放置时间对VOC含量影响,并提出了控制措施。结果表明:镭射纸生产所用的涂料、清漆对VOC含量有显著影响,对超标化合物采用阶梯式温度控制、延长烘干时间、增加检测环节、建立产品跟踪资料库等措施,能有效地控制烟包中的VOC超标问题。

On the basis of introducing the inspection process of headspace gas chromatography,the authors analyzed the effects of raw materials,drying temperature,drying time and standing time on the content of VOC.Control measures were proposed on the basis of the analysis results.The results show that paints and varnishes have significant influence on the content of VOC.The problem of excessive VOC in cigarette packet can be effectively solved by employing stage-wise temperature control scheme,extending the drying time,increasing checking points and establishing a product quality tracking database.
