摘要
对地方特产嵊州桃形李进行了涂膜低温保鲜贮藏的研究,采取质量分数2%的CaCl2+0.5%~1.5%的壳聚糖的涂膜处理方案,从桃形李采后的糖度、pH值、呼吸强度和硬度的变化情况分析保鲜的效果。实验表明:2%CaCl2+0.5%壳聚糖溶液的涂膜对桃形李具有较好的保鲜效果。
A research was carried out on using surface coating to improve storability of nane fruit planted at Shengzhou of Zhejiang Province.The scheme of surface coating with solution of 2% CaCl2 and 0.5%~1.5% chitosan by mass fraction was adopted,and the fresh keeping effect was analyzed from the change in post-harvesting soluble sugar,PH value,respiratory intensity and firmness of nane fruit.The results show that the film made of 2%CaCl2+0.5% chitosan solution has relatively good fresh keeping effect on nane fruit.
