摘要
通过对瓦楞纸板生产线瓦楞纸板生产工艺的分析,了解了瓦楞纸板生产线各机组加热单元原纸温度及湿度变化,对生产线加热单元建立了数学模型,计算了在不同工况下各机组蒸汽量,为瓦楞纸板生产线蒸汽系统设计及改造提供理论依据。经过测试证明:瓦楞纸板生产加热模型,符合生产实际;合理设计蒸汽系统及优化结构,可以降低生产成本,提高生产效率,达到节能降耗的目的。
Through analysis of corrugated board production line and production technology,the change in raw paper temperature and humidity at the heating unit of each unit in corrugated board production line was understood,mathematical model for heating unit of the production line was established,the steam quantity of each unit under different conditions was calculated,and theoretical basis was provided for design and transformation of steam system in corrugated board production line.It is shown by testing: the model for heating in production of corrugated board conforms to the production practice,reasonable design of steam system and optimization of structure can lower production cost,improve production efficiency and reach the aim of energy saving and consumption reducing.
