摘要
利用ABAQUS和COSMOSWORKS对送纸机构主轴进行线性等效模态分析,计算出前10阶固有频率和振形,并与实际测试结果进行对比。研究结果表明:橡胶材料的非线性特征在高精度的测试分析中不能忽略;橡胶材料弹性模量的线性近似方法有较好的精度。
Modal analysis of equivalent linearization for main shaft of paper advance mechanism was studied by means of ABAQUS and COSMOSWORKS software,and top ten orders of natural frequency and mode of vibration were calculated,and were compared with the actual testing result.The research results show that the nonlinear feature of rubber material shall not be neglected during a high precision testing analysis;the linear approximate method for elastic modulus of rubber material has a relatively good precision.
