摘要
设计了一种皮试电极自动组装的装置。将底座和外圈分别放入振动供料器,经依序定向排列输送到预装配位置;中间有通孔的冲头与固定凹模板相互作用,完成电极布的冲裁;冲头继续垂直下移到底座的上表面,实现对电极布的定位;冲杆下行将外圈从冲头的通孔中挤出,并与底座组装套合在一起,电极布被外圈和底座紧箍和固定,即形成皮试电极成品。
A kind of device for automatic assembly of skin test electrode was designed.the base and outer ring was respectively put into the vibratory feeder,they fell into place by direction and conveyed to the preassembly position,the punch that had a through hole around the axle interacted with the fixed concave die,so as to finish the blanking of electrode cloth;the punch moved down continuously to the upper surface of the base,so as to position the electrode cloth.The drill drift run downward to squeeze off the outer ring from through hole of the punch,and mounted the outer ring with the base.The electrode cloth shall be confined and fixed by the outer ring and base,so as to form the finished product of skin test electrode.
