摘要
通过测试国内外3个品牌商品胶印油墨的黏度、触变性、粘弹性等流变学参数,采用分步非线性回归的数学方法,建立了胶印商品油墨的黏度与剪切速率关系的数学模型,并进行了曲线拟合。分析表明,所建立的胶印油墨黏度数学模型符合典型的分散体系流变学特征,模型黏度曲线与实验测试结果拟合良好。进一步分析了胶印油墨的特征参数与印刷适性之间的关系,最终得到了胶印油墨的共性指标。
Through testing the rheological parameters of three brands of commodity offset printing ink,including the viscosity,thixotropy and viscoelasticity,etc.,the mathematical model for relation between viscosity and shear rate of commodity offset ink was established by the mathematical method of fractional step nonlinear regression,and curve fitting was performed.The analysis shows that the mathematical model established for offset printing ink conforms to rheological features of a typical dispersion system,and the viscosity curve of model fits well with the test result of experiment.Through further analysis of characteristic parameters of offset printing ink and printability,the common properties of offset printing ink is finally obtained.
